Trustees
A trust sale doesn’t go through court, but it still comes with duties to the beneficiaries. I help you price it right, keep good records, and sell without second-guessing.

Your clients get a broker who knows probate timelines, court confirmation and overbid procedures, and who keeps you updated so you don’t have to chase anyone down.
How It Works
- A free, no-pressure conversation. We talk through the property, the family’s situation and where the case stands.
- Valuation and a plan. I give you an honest price opinion based on street-by-street local data, plus a clear plan for repairs, clean-out or selling as-is.
- Preparing the property. I coordinate trusted local vendors for clean-out, repairs, staging and securing a vacant home, so you don’t have to manage it from a distance.
- Marketing and offers. I market the property widely and prepare the probate-specific sale paperwork and disclosures.
- Closing, or court confirmation. I see it through escrow, including working with your attorney through the court confirmation hearing and overbid process when the case requires it.
